The "HOW TO BUILD MY SUPERHERO" program is designed to help teach students and parents how to better recognize and better manage their stuff. The program teaches the participants how to focus on what's really important and how to use techniques to block out and let go of unwanted negative energy.
This program removes the many existing barriers to success by teaching the skill of seeing yourself objectively and in a positive way, how to formulate clear and realistic goals and to develop clear action plans to achieve those goals.
